Lol why do they allow lottery tickets to be sold?

It's hard to argue that penny stock investors are not made aware of the risks, yet they buy anyway.

Note that every single OTC PR contains the infamous "forward looking statement," which, in layman's terms, basically states that "everything this says could very well be a complete lie."
