Yep shell companies are a dying breed. SEC banned the creation of shells which are created for the purpose of seeking and fast tracking a company into the publicly traded market under the company. They are valuable and a clean one with minimal shares outstanding like this one (compared to others trading) is of more value to a company looking to go public 9 months faster and as much as a million dollars cheaper than going the IPO route where banksters fraudulently play middle man stealing the money from future share holders and the company. In most cases the bank buys all of the shares the company wants to initially offer at a severe discount and sell for 50%-150% more than what they paid in low risk IPO's. High risk companies going IPO banksters can sometimes manipulate opening share prices and escape with 1000%+ profits before the price falls to 90% and you have a pissed off share holder base and no future hope of regaining investor confidence.

In the case here with KGRI, investor confidence has been lost so long that it is now a great lotto play as shell companies are only becoming more valuable now and going forward.
