i see a few others who got screwed by surety financial of reisterstown, MD, already answered your questions.

imo if the CEO of abakan, inc. continues to use surety, it's because he's as dirty as they are. watch for the pps of ABKI to plummet as they all short this ticker from offshore.

and rest assured, when that happens i'll file reports with the SEC and FBI. so will many others. we are hounding surety to the gates of hell.
