The transfer agent for EXBX (Justine) said to email her at [e-mail] with your restricted stock certificate number.
She will research it and get back to you with information on how to submit your certificate to be unrestricted, if it is eligible. I am not giving stock advice here, it is your decision to do this or not. I am not saying it will pay off, but I do have a funny story to relay. One of the past EXOBOX "consultants" that made off with 30 million shares of EXBX in exchange for nada, had his certs lying around in a drawer when the stock hit 3 cents a share. If he had them in a brokerage account and sold them at an average price of 2.5 cents a share he would have netted $750,000. Over 80 million shares were traded that day. He wound up selling his shares in the sub sub penny territory and probably netted around $33,000 after brokerage fees.
