that $147,000 converts at .001 or a 90% discount to the market, which ever is lower

so you are looking at 147,000,000 shares of stock and that doesn't include the mature interest on the notes

GreyStone will kill any chances this company might have of making a go of it. They don't call it toxic death spiral financing for nothing
