July 2014
July 15, 2014: Blog. Metatron/i-Mobilize achieved a multi-month high of 11 Apps ranked in the Top 200 Grossing (USA) on Sunday, July 13, 2014. Company provided update on funding: MRNJ anticipates a response in the very near future regarding potential funding. Management confirmed all major App projects are still under development, Project “Blink” likely to be the first to be released. MRNJ in talks with Eckhart Tolle TV to do a “Content Store” type of app similar to the Relax and Sleep Well App, but with many more products.

August 2014
August 6, 2014: Blog. MRNJ averaged 5.8 apps a day Top 200 grossing USA in instantaneous snapshot in July 2014. MRNJ provided update on investment agreement funding and SEC approval process. MRNJ App Clients Zukav and Tolle have Events in the coming months. Blink is nearing submittal to Apple for Review. Industry News....iPhone6 to be unveiled Sept 9th. Apple announced that App Store revenue and number of customers both reached new records for in July 2014.

August 12, 2014: Blog. Diviniti Publishing/i-Mobilize are teaming up to release Glenn Harrold digital product collections exclusively on Facebook. First offering will be based on Ultimate Weight Loss series. SEC not approving potential funding deal as currently structured. Management receiving suggestions from SEC this week and MRNJ working with their legal team to create a structure that will get approved. MRNJ will release more information as it becomes available----will take more time to close than expected. Possibly may not close at all. Company continues exploring other funding options.
Financials to be released on or before the August 14th. Blink interface to be simplified, basic structure complete.
Q & A Answer: Metatron makes between 20% and 50% of net revenue on apps it creates with content partners, the average comes out to 33%, most newer deals are 50%. This is after Apple or Google takes its 30% off the top.

August 14, 2014: Blog. Q2 2014 Earnings submitted. 2014 Q2 Revenue was $142,010 a 25.9% decrease from 2013 Q2 Revenue of $191,668. 2014 Q2 Net Income was $26,416 an approximate 108% increase from 2013 Q2 Net Income which was $12,695.
Total Expenses for the second quarter were $115,582, a 35% decrease from $178,973, the Total Expenses for the same time period last year.

August 20, 2014: Blog. 9 Apps in Top 200, best this month. Comoany to begin testing “hashtag” organic word-of-mouth advertising with select apps on Facebook. MRNJ Client Gary Zukav has 3 public event between Sept 19 and Oct 4. Glenn Harrold aas a new blog out on Sports performance. Movie coming out in October 2014 that has appearances by Eckhart Tolle and Gary Zukav. Industry News: Upwards of 65 million iPhone 6's could be sold by end of 2014.

September 2014
September 3, 2014: Blog. MRNJ has 7 #1 grossing rank apps by category in August 2014. New article on huffingtonpost.com referring to Eckhart's teachings. MRNJ has a new record 649 sign-ups for their Blog. Industry News: U.S. population now spending 52 percent of its “digital time” on mobile apps, according to a Comscore report.

September 10, 2014: Blog. MRNJ's first App Bundle, a new app packaging option under iOS8, is approved by Apple. Other app bundles by GH and ET to be submitted any day. Gary Zukav to appear on Oprah OWN "Help Desk" on Sunday, Sept 14th. Apple introduced iPhone6/6+ and Apple Watch. New Flurry Blog commenting on rise in popularity of Phablets.

September 17, 2014: Blog. 9/15/14 was highest App Sales day of the Quarter. AppBundling option available in iOS8 (iOS8 released on 9/17). MRNJ had 10 AppBundles approved by Apple this week. Company testing their texting app code-name “Blink’ on devices with the new operating system. Potential funding deal is still on the table but company waiting for the SEC to formally give it the green light. Relationship with Benjamin Bonetti recently expanded and MRNJ closed a deal to appify 21 more brand new titles, with more expected in the future. Per TechCrunch: The average time people spend in their apps is up by 21% year-over-year, with music, health and fitness, and social apps showing the largest increases.
