The potential benefit for a company agreeing to settlement with the SEC Admin Law Judge is the company could thereafter file a Form 10 to seek re-registration of their stock. Only one company out of 1127+ revoked registrations in the last 4 3/4 years has successfully obtained a re-registration of their stock and concomitant filing obligations.
