Maybe in my next profession I should go work for FINRA. You're saying the same lawsuit that I am pretty much the only one to address, the same one the cheerleaders said was no big deal, is one of the key issues?
The best part about it is seemingly everything holding the company up here in the present is based on the company's past. A past that so many have touted as irrelevant. Too bad FINAR isn't populated with the same dunces that appear on these message boards that have no clue about the real world. Unfortunately for USFF these guys at FINRA have some integrity and (as a reliable source) the power to tell investors when to begin the process of moving on from the past. As it stands today the PAST is dogging this company to no end...as it should be.
Remember when I said FIRNA may be trying to prove a point here? I still stand by that comment.
