The focused has been put onto William Lieberman and his group.
I find it will be hard for Mr. Lieberman to explain to the SEC why he spent over a million dollars to set up this venture and he wants to sell for pennies on the dollar. The monies belong to the investors and he has a duty to protect and grown this business. His associates and the people he seems to be in bed with is on record. Everyone needs to just wait for William Lieberman to make a move. And if Mr. Lieberman decides to do something illegal and squander our investment then he will pay. The investors cannot act until William Lieberman makes a move. And if he makes the wrong move then legal action can begin.
