If you look at the filings on Oct 3 you will see a litany of issued share for services to stock promoters and officers whose incentive is to cash out at the expense of investors like you IMO. For the record, Mr. Hall (I just googled) was unceremoniously asked to leave Earthlink in 1997--17 years ago!!!!! In the past few years he and Mr. Irving have been involved with multiple stock for services companies like ROTH and currently are involved with at least 3 such efforts. Furthermore, Mr. Hall is listed as "accountant or Auditor" as an outside third party to the company--let him find a real auditor who is not conflicted. Last here is one of the kinder quotes "Earthlink Network Inc, says its chief financial officer, Barry Hall, has resigned to pursue other opportunities, but it would seem he was ousted due to the continued poor performance of the Pasadena, California internet service provider."
