Pls, those of you familiar with attending s/h mtgs and it's processes, pls let me in on how it works? I've owned many stocks for trading purposes, never for long term! Neither have I owned as many shares as I have here, nor been more emotionally involved!
With that in mind I've heard some of you talking about mgmt being replaced or needing to worry about performance! Is there any means or manner that a s/h can expect, truthfully not BS, to achieve managerial discretion?
