Viropro Inc parent company responsible all Alpha debts. In Letter Bruce says Viropro lent Alpha some money so Viropro is creditor. The reality is the exact opposite. First Receiver liquidates all Alpha assets. Then still owed millions. Then comes after Viropro Inc, the parent company. The legal point everybody should understand is there is no corporate shield because Viropro had total control of Alpha Biologics.
