BURNING thru CASH$$$. Since managements lack of credibility cost us the only good deal we had, what is left? Is this the reason for not issuing shares? It has been 1.5 YEARS with zero cash flow. Is Lee avoiding a SEC filing where he would be forced to be truthful?
