CT mother attended biotech convention Vatican City. This was major complaint in derivative law suit filed against CT by SH. The claim was that real reason to go to meeting was so that CT's mother could see the Pope. Their room was supplied by organizers meeting. CT and her mother paid for their own plane tickets. The trip cost Viropro nothing. The meeting was on adult stem cells use and attracted leading biotech companies available for networking. SH thought this was a big enough issue to drag CT's mother into the fray. The Vatican incident was part of sworn affidavit by Ken Sorensen and Michelle Peake.
Now that everybody understands how imminent the danger of seizure of Alpha Biologics was in December 2013: does anybody else really believe the Vatican conference was the big problem facing Viropro which needed a share holder derivative suit by SH.
