They sold a lot of cheap shares that they haven't told people about.

the sale is in October so it wont show up in the next 10-Q in any blatant form
just in the total shares OS.(trade volume increased 1 OCT)
WAG: The shares were in exchange for debt. The last exchange took place at $0.001/share.
Will we ever know who got them? We should, it is over 10%.
