Now, SH share holder derivative suit in NY Supreme Court. The next step will happen in that same Court, Receiver and Manager will Petition Court to appoint Trustee for Viropro Inc. Trustee will be appointed for Viropro Inc and the Trustee will have total legal control Viropro. Bruce Cohen and new Board are then ousted. Then Court appointed Trustee deals with all creditors from Alpha Biologics plus all creditors of Viropro inc.
