I agree, and the only question this board asks is how long could this continue knowing John Bourque's release date is in 2017 I think?

Lets say the release date now standing is around two and half years out, so I wonder if John Bourque's attorney knowing the prosecutor's strategy has any legal routes to curtail the length possible to draw the appeal out, time wise.
