That has been my point all along. A threat of lawsuits from all parties may have received quicker results. At least it should have been tried. To go after a lawsuit on your own and tie the whole process up in courts for possibly years. In my opinion wasn’t a very brilliant move.
DBM has a Dominican Lawyer who works from the Presidents Palace. So saying they are doing nothing isn’t exactly correct. That may be a more politically correct move on their part than a lawsuit if they ever intend to still work there and recover more treasure.
I know if I was sued and lost I would never invite that person to work for me ever again. So I believe that remains a no-brainer on why DBM or Tracy or Rick Berry or the Punta Cana Foundation didn’t participate in any lawsuits. And from what I hear ON HERE that all companies were invited in the lawsuit but only the one company went ahead on their own anyway.
If true it makes you Wonder why?
