Since you know this, than it is easy to make profit.

I'm not a big fan of promos with penny stocks either, but I was able to sell some of my 16's I had, so i'm happy for that.

It depends on what the promos are too. With the fairly small volume, I don't think it's a company paid promo ( in order to dilute), but I didn't look into those promotors, so who knows
