Wow, someone dumped 12,250,000 shares at 0.0001! Why? Any bad news? The following bad news was issued over one year ago anyway! I bet "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" status is the major reason for the seller since he/she is afraid of possible SEC suspension risk due to the CEO failed to file the Form 15-12G to suspend CRPZ's filing liability...
