I'm not sure I follow the logic here. So if the other company does win and they get their division which will be court ordered at this point. How does that legally bind the DR government to give DPBE their division and allow diving to resume? The other company may win that doesn't necessarily apply to Deep Blue Marine. The new UNESCO shill has already proven he does not care if one contract that was in place before him gets filled. So without a court order for all companies what is his motivation for doing the right thing? He may be forced to do so for one company. How does that translate into good for Deep Blue Marine? In other words I hope more is going on behind the scenes than waiting for the other company to win. In a perfect world yes they win and the flood gates open. We don't live in a perfect world now do we. The fact Tracy Bowden is not getting his split scares the heck out of me he has been down there for 30+ years now? I think that is correct. Sounds like the government will do what ever UNESCO wants them to do now and will continue to do so until a different set of people win an election. I wouldn't have to speculate if we had some solid information in the form of a press release either. I don't care if it costs money.
