Bizops' investor group, if it existed at all, apparently wasn't overly-thrilled with what they saw (or with Snaper's likely-untenable requirements) and moved on, as probably did Anthony's group.
General Patton once warned soldiers to not get comfortable in their safe little foxholes. "Foxholes only slow up an offensive."
I think Snaper is in a kind of lab-foxhole. He's just fine with tinkering and piddling with his Magantek baby, and why not, he's 80-something, I'll-do-what-I-want-with-the-time-I-have-left and the hell with the outside shareholders, who are just the minority anyway.
But that's just my guess.
