Let's apply some logic to our situation.

Retail has no friends. We had a nice run up for no reason and then it was killed before the market even opened. Do you think they are looking out for retail? Watch out for your shares because no one else will. Spherix doesn't care, or need retail. They know they are going to get nice fat checks from AT&T. That was the first case to settle involving the Rockstar portfolio. Wouldn't they look like a bunch of Smucks giving up on the AT&T case, just walking away without a fight because the Judge didn't even make one single ruling on the patent, he didn't even rule on the AT&T counter claim. Would you trust a bunch of hapless Smucks with your very valuable patent portfolio if that is how they started for you? You think Spherix doesn't know that? Does anyone really believe Spherix would take the chance to lose all of the future business from Rockstar ( even more patents) by walking away from the AT&T case without a fight and no money? Spherix knows who butters their bread, it isn't you and me it's Rockstar. They all know what is going on, we don't unless you really think about it. AJMO. Value it as much as you paid for it
