I doubt it. Most would have no idea what to do, and after awhile the
unhappiness dissipates.

I also don't think VKML/UPOT has done anything illegal.
Most things I have seen are based on "entered in talks", LOI, new CEO hired
with experience in xxx, ...

There may have been some insider trading , but I doubt any of the main people
would be involved in that.

Wash trades, maybe, but again, these people have been careful for years, why
screw up now?
