hi nilbud/ good morning/ maybe you can draw some hair on this!

did gpro make a security mistake by / bypassing lockup rule. JPM morgan said could do.

lockup rule usually 90 days/

gpro said not liquid enough to trade/

could they forward split/ ????? for liquidity ?????

or did JPM and gpro pull ah fast one on their shareholders ?????

their lockup shares went to their foundation! ?????

i see attorney's will startup lot of suits now! imho

and JMP knew this days ahead of 10-02-14
