Mark,
marking a product with a unique DNA stamp is quick and cheap, the problem is when one then wants to read that mark in order to authenticate the DNA signature it takes days of lab work and may cost up to $500, as you can imagine this second leg of the technology (dna authentication) is where the problem is...but one day hopefully there will be new technology around that would allow on the spot DNA authentication within minutes, personally, I believe that one day DNA marking will be almost as common as bar codes, this is when APDN's stock will really take off...but that day could be 5 years from now
