$EMW, IWM & RUT sitting at a strong support level. After yesterday's volume on small caps I believe the small caps at least will see a good move back up.....short term. Has anyone been watching the F fund? Nice move up as the stock funds have fallen.....it looks like a nice place to park after a stock bounce, IMHO
