As of Sept 23, the BK court has confirmed CTC's Chapter 11 plan of liquidation, which extinguishes all common shares. In my opinion, there is only one hope for shareholders...will CTC Global (CTC Acquisition Corp) exercise the assumption of the additional liabilities excluded from the asset sale back in Aug 2011. The clause was in the reporting 8K, stating the terms of the asset sale. The only assets or liabilities excluded from the asset sale were the common shareholders equities, and the cash now being liquidated in the BK. There is plenty of motivation for them to act before the BK is discharged...in my opinion...
