That's what was great about mining there. back as far as 10,000 years ago there was quite a trade of copper in the states and being transported into Europe. Like you say, they'd pull it out of the ground in nearly pure form. Was a great lead in to the Bronze age. Most folks think life began here more recently than that. LOL

Looks like CS is still busy, though I am looking for more confirmation than merely finding some press on them.

CS MINING ANNOUNCES REGULATORY APPROVAL OF PROJECT EXPANSION AND RETIREMENT OF RUSSELL ALLEY
Milford, Utah - September 18, 2014 - CS Mining, LLC ("CS Mining") announced today that it has received regulatory approval from all applicable required agencies for a significant project expansion involving construction of an agitated leach, solvent extraction and electrowinning facilities.

CS Mining is also proud to announce that David McMullin, existing Vice President of Operations, will be promoted to President and Interim Chief Executive Officer.

If we are lucky this time, we'll be glad if they make some bank and we get our 1% kickback. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Well, get on to Arizona. You'll be closer to JUST SHOW UP than I am for sure. But I'll get there, good Lord willin' an' the river don't rise!
