From what information has been shared the PP where directly raised for SRSR. The funds were to complete the updated NI report, begin feasibility, and complete the spin out and up-listing to the TSX V of NioStar.

This would be a great question to ask via [e-mail].

All will be clear in the soon to be released audited financials!! Great step forward, and another huge improvement made in Dan's tenure.

As shared on the conference call this is the plan. I am very interested in reviewing the information of the PP when the details are able to be released. I am hoping that Dan raised only the exact amount needed to complete the steps he outlined. I would like to see only 50-150K being raised. As we move forward financing will become easier and easier.

I would prefer to see Dan raise funds for each phase of his development plan and do so after the completion of the previous phase. This will offer the best return to shareholders and the greatest support to our investment.

On a side note - Many longs have been here since Scott took over, 7 years ago as we here about often, and the share price was significantly below where we are trading today.
