Is that why just days ago he invested his family's IRA in ELTP shares bought on the OPEN MARKET??

He saw almost zero retail bid support and the MMs told him they could not hold up the ELTP PPS much longer; so he did what had to be done and greased the pump but it looks like he didn’t use enough grease.
