the law - HERA - likely is constitutional - under emergency powers

Anyone?
Are any of the plaintiffs trying to invalidate the actions of Treasury - FHFA (remedy our situation) - by arguing that HERA is an unconstituional law

But a good law - or an ok legal law can be implemented in a way that per a court is wrong
