Actually i dont think anyone cares...

I disagree. When the SEC comes calling, and asks how someone can produce over 200 ounces of gold from processing tailings, when there is no evidence of any processing, it could become a criminal matter very quickly. Not only will the Atlanta police get involved, the IRS could get involved.

Of all the agencies that might be interested in this, the IRS is not one that Joel will have a fun time with. They will want their cut, no matter how the gold was produced.
