Funny you should mention that. After the Arizona Corporate Commission accused his firm, Crystal Pistol, of defrauding investors, Pocklington sent this response to the Arizona Geological Survey blog;

He was later ordered to pay back investors. Interesting that Pocklington brought up Craig Parkinson as one of his expert geologists, verifying the value of the gold mine. We know what Parkinson is capable of - he finds billions in gold at every mining claim he walks across.
