Here's a good bit of info from another.....

President's Form 4 Showing On OTCMarkets Insider Disclosure

OTCMarkets has an Insider Disclosure page. HHSE's has always been blank and this bothered me. I checked yesterday, it was still blank. Today it is now showing HHSE President's Form 4.

It is not complete, but at least it is now showing something. As verified on the Form 4, HHSE President owns 43,489,160 HHSE Common Shares. HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson owns a similar amount if not more. Even though not reflected on that page, rest assured the 2 HHSE managers are the 2 largest HHSE shareholders.

Insider Ownership is an important factor important to me. The casual HHSE investor or prospective investors might not be aware of this Insider Ownership. However, I suppose it might not be a big deal since within a week(s) to a month HHSE should be filing the Form 10, becoming fully SEC Reporting, and should be filing an official Initial Statement of Ownership with SEC EDGAR.

So where did HHSE management get these HHSE shares? Did they buy them out of pocket? Very briefly. No, not technically, but they did indeed pay a very high price for them. When HHSE went public in early 2010, the 2 managers owned free and clear, the Hannover House (HHSE) Television and Film Library. Their first act as company officers was to transfer their Library into the HHSE Treasury, which all HHSE shareholders own a piece of and benefit from. This Library was later officially valued at $24.3M. In exchange, the managers accepted HHSE stock which are the shares which they now own.
