He does belong in jail, but all-too often these con artists become addicted to the easy money and can't give it up.

The best way to stop them is for 'investors' to realize it's all a scam, but that will never happen. There always seems to be an inexhaustible supply of marks stepping up to hand their money to these crooks.

"The Wolf of Wall Street," was a good movie. It was also disturbingly over the top, sure...but it illustrates the attitude these con men have for their 'clients.' They dump shares on them and shoot them the finger at the same time. They have contempt for their victims. They have no conscience. I'm sure if pressed, Pocklington will tell you he's done nothing wrong and that, in fact, he's the victim and being picked on by the authorities.

The video I saw implied gold production was going on big time, but it's all a hoax. These con men figure all you have to do is show some clips of equipment in action and people's wallets will fly open like magic. All they have to do is toss on a lab coat and people will believe everything that issues out of their yaps.
