I have bought Couer on and off...

...over last couple years hoping for a big rally if sector rallies but keep getting stopped out. Definitely mired in a long term downtrend.

I always watch it closely when it looks/feels like it is close to a major bottom for the year. In 2012 I bought at the second summer double bottom under $16 and I had a paper double for a couple hours when traders bid it up to $30+ in about 3 monts when it was best performing silver stock in that time frame. Wasn't sustainable and it dropped like a rock to $23 on some news where I got out.

Watch it closely as at a certain point those traders will come back.

FYI - I watched the Endeavour Silver (EDV.TO) presentation at Denver and they showed a slide that showed they have the highest Beta to Silver price out of major producers on a historical basis. I already new this as EDR is an awesome trader to buy at major bottoms.
