2 failed deals took us North of .16 and 1 real deal can barely break .10

Someone wants in and as much as that other dude wants to push the SP (which will come not sure when ) the other have control.. Wonder what's in those details of the contract JJ knows as he stepped down and is comfortable . Never thought that would happen
