"GDUBYA" thanks for the info!!! it would be GREAT if the new and only director would give the shareholders an up-date. The "float" for SGAE must be extremely SMALL as you mentioned that Tyler has about 24 million shares and if there are 2 other investors who hold a substantial position, then the float MUST be small. You would think it would not take much to get the stock moving once SGAE comes up with a "DEAL" !!!!!! We need a news release informing shareholders as to what is happening!!!!!
