1. I have no control over the trading activity
of anyone, except myself. The trade did not
come from me, or anyone I know. If it did
come from me, I would have to report it.
2. It was the last day of the quarter. It is apparent
that someone who held shares exited their position
to clear the decks for the coming quarter.
