One other point, which I'm not sure has been made, is that the last NR clearly states that discussions are ongoing with both foreign and domestic parties that have expressed interest in funding the Hay Mountain project.

People here should consider whether it strengthens or weakens Liberty Star's negotiating position to continue to market and shop the project to other potential suitors (which, by the way, was announced would be done in NR 186). Hint: it strengthens. To the extent parties have made proposals that JB doesn't feel are suitable, they just might up their ante if they know that he's talking to other girls (to mix my metaphors). Also, as the last NR indicated, we might secure Phase 1 financing but continue the road show efforts to lock down the next $60M. Or to fund other projects.

Anyhow, LBSR still has the lights on and is actively marketing some extremely valuable claims during (literally) the worst junior/exploration market in decades. Having met the man on more than one occasion, I know that Jim is working diligently. It is very upsetting to read - day-in and day-out - the cringe-worthy complaints and outright rudeness on this board. Flying A can't even do him the dignity of spelling his name correctly (there's an "e" at the end).

I truly hope that the worst among you capitulate and sell before any deal is announced.

HK - you're great. Thanks for the posts.
