It's sad that GYST's incessant dumping has caused people to latch onto this unsubstantiated pipe dream of an LOI.

Nobody is going to buy this broke, money-losing company for a $1,000,000. Besides, GYST insiders make a comfy living from dumping shares on the hopeful. They've done that since inception. There will always be buyers when it comes to stinky pinky scams such as this one.
