Unless the BOM for a viable Intel solution includes "extras" (vs. the competition), and Intel is picking up the tab for that. Maybe a little extra RAM here, a little flash there... You know, just to make the Intel-based product "stand out" a little. Just a tiny BOM differential... Send us the bill.

Once again... Contra-revenue is about leveling the playing field, not subsidizing 3rd party components. That means the config has identical specs to what the OEM would build with a competitor's SoC. Is that clear enough for you to comprehend this time? Do I need to draw you a picture? Do I need to use a crayon?
