By the time they are current -- and if the financials and other filings look good to me -- I plan to have a pretty good sized position in TMXN.

A risk for sure, but things in China can be very rewarding. If you can be in the right place at the right time.

Is this stock in the right place at the right time ?

Might be ! Certainly worth the risk !
