Definately not you. Talking about the posters that actually have something smart to say about dilution and share structure. Saves a lot of DD time if you know who to listen to and know who spouts hogwash. In all fairness those peeps are not bashers but rather are providing a pessimistic perspective based their knowledge of the market and study of the company filings. For whatever reason I frequently wonder.
