the stock is not thinly traded per se, it appears to be that whoever the buyers are seem to have set a floor, not pushing to raise the price, but rather to let the sellers come into their floor. IMO when "they" are good and ready and feel that the stock has "thinned" out from the weak hands, IMO the stock will FLY..again all in my own opinion based on how the stocks trading and based on 16 years ++ in WS
