$ ELRA. I honestly dont think its unreal to think that ELRA,s New Partner that bought the 10 Million shares at .03 might not be Averging down by buying up these shares at lower prices and thier rules for doing so is different than the shareholders and harder for them to do. I think i read some where they couldnt sell any of the 10 Million shares for 90 days but that doesnt stop them from buying more lower and i wouldnt consider them as being very Smart if they didnt.
