people need to remember GE's JTDA with SGLB goes back to the MOU with Morris Tech in late 2012, before GE bought out Morris. Morris also got 2 PR3D systems bout the same time. Mr Morris has mentioned SGLB more than once, the most recent being around May-June this year. since MOU there's been one dot after another to connect. GE using 3D printed fuel nozzles in LEAP engines being tested. plant expansion in Auburn to print fuel nozzles.

quotes from GE's Steve Rengers july 15 2014: The company has spent the last several years developing technologies ranging from data analysis to machine monitoring and preventive maintenance to get 3D printing ready for production prime time. “We need to have systems in place that anticipate a failure before it happens,” says Steve Rengers, principal engineer for additive manufacturing at GE Aviation. “This has not been done before.”

"Monitoring quality throughout the entire build process is crucial, since it can take days or weeks to print a part, depending on its complexity. “We are really pushing the envelope on process monitoring,” Rengers says. “By using sensors to collect data, we can determine the mechanical properties of the part.”

there are numerous dots to connect with the last being the S3 filing and release of PR Inspect.. Z
