I excited this sham when so-called management gave away Photosphere and were paid in shares instead of cash. Then they had the nerve to claim the shares has revenue and were forced to refile.

Is the court date this month or next for the ex-ceo being involved in real estate fraud?

The SEC must be asleep at the wheel or maybe their busy with the Anson Funds and LPR investigation.

Closing Shop: how do you know it is time?

Some symptoms of struggling businesses in decline can include:

1. Prolonged inability to attract the external resources (funds) to maintain what is necessary to operate – I am not talking about additional resources for growth, just resources to operate at a level that means you can provide a professional, ethical and effective service.
2. Massive changes to the market whereby the organization is competing for resources, and unable to achieve that ahead of others.
3. Lack of, or inability to attract the expertise, knowledge, commitment and drive to turn around the organization – this needs to be at Board and staff levels.
4. Pain and exploitation of staff through poor resourcing – rather than scale down operations, organizations can be guilty of maintaining services by exceeding the reasonable expectations of staff.

It's TIME - take what you can and run.
