My point was is that someone slapped the ask for 23636 and that same amount was still there on the ask. Not sure how that could happen. Either way this thing is dead and done for as I dont see anyone slapping the ask after that. Anything on the ask is going to have to be dumped into the bid for this thing to move so the only direction is down. Love how Stephane tweets all day long his stupid energy papers and doesnt actually do anything for NVOB. Some leader that is. No clue on how to build a business or lead.
